The Problem We Saw
In 2024, we noticed something broken in the retail software industry: businesses were being charged 2-3% transaction fees just to process their own sales. For a store doing $100,000 monthly, that's $30,000+ per year in pure fees—on top of expensive software subscriptions.
Meanwhile, inventory management systems were outdated, multi-location support was clunky, and retailers needed multiple tools to run their business. There had to be a better way.
Our Solution
We built Zentiya from the ground up with a radical idea: zero transaction fees. Every dollar you make should stay in your business. But we didn't stop there.
