How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. The reset link expires in 24 hours.
Can I import products from another platform?
Yes! Zentiya supports CSV imports and has direct migration tools for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and other major platforms.
What payment gateways are supported?
We support Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, and 50+ other payment providers. You can connect multiple gateways simultaneously.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! Zentiya has iOS and Android apps that let you manage orders, inventory, and customers on the go. Download from the App Store or Google Play.
How do I set up shipping rates?
Go to Settings → Shipping, then add shipping zones and rates. You can set flat rates, weight-based pricing, or connect to carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
How do I add team members?
Navigate to Settings → Team, click 'Add Team Member', enter their email and assign a role (Admin, Manager, or Staff). They'll receive an invitation email.
Can I customize my store design?
Yes! Choose from 100+ professional themes or build custom designs using our theme editor. No coding required, but HTML/CSS customization is available.
What are the transaction fees?
Zentiya doesn't charge transaction fees. You only pay your payment gateway's processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
How do I track inventory?
Enable inventory tracking in Settings → Inventory. Set stock levels for each product, get low-stock alerts, and track inventory across multiple locations.
Can I offer discounts and coupons?
Create percentage or fixed-amount discounts, set minimum purchase requirements, limit uses, and schedule automatic promotions.
How do I handle returns and refunds?
Process returns and refunds directly from the order management section. You can issue full or partial refunds and track return reasons.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and follow best practices for data security. Your data is backed up regularly and stored securely.
Can I use Zentiya offline?
Yes! The mobile app supports offline mode. Sales made offline will automatically sync when you're back online.
